Smooth integration of Nordic Shell Lubricants to Univar

The challange; 4 countries, 4 currencies and 110 individuals; 41 in Sweden, 28 in Finland, 20 in Norway and 21 in Denmark. All to be completed April 1st 2010. I started in late October 2009 from scratch. There was the complexity of national legislation and national pension plans to take into consideration when finding new and harmonized solutions. All "Lubes" employees not only should have a new employment contract, we also met face to face to ensure that all transferees received information on employment terms and conditions as well as on their individual pensions. New vendors for pension plans and health care are being investigated and contracted. Induction programs are now in place etc. It has been a challange but now successfully completed.
